Born with a talent for making things happen, Wayne Antone has always known that he is destined for something great. He discovered racketball at a young age and instantly connected with the sport. He then rose to become a national-level player, won the Racketball US National championship four times, and competed in the Racketball World Championship as part of Team USA.

Despite all these wins, real estate has always been in his blood. Wayne comes from a family deeply rooted in the history of Lane County. Growing up, he observed his father, who was a developer for 20 years, help people navigate the real estate market. Wayne had always been passionate about home ownership. He found it rewarding to see first-time buyers realize that owning a home can be within their reach. So, he set his racket down and established a real estate company to help people navigate the waters of the Springfield, Oregon real estate market. From there, Wayne Antone Real Estate was established.

Loren LaVassaur – Loan Officer

Loren is an Oregon Native, having grown up in Southern Oregon. She graduated from Phoenix High School and graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Oregon.

Loren has 3 kids with her Husband Andrew. Landon, Alivia and Liam are Loren’s pride and joy. They live on property right next door to family. It is perfect for gardening, swimming, playing with animals and allowing the kids to enjoy nature.

Loren and Andrew enjoy camping, trips to the coast, reading and are very busy with 3 toddlers.

Not only does Loren have many years of experience with loans, but she also has knowledge of the area. This allows her to strategically place you in the right loan program for any area that you are interested in.
